Randy Marion Automotive is hiring a full-time Payroll Admin in our centralized accounting office located in Mooresville, NC.  

The Payroll Admin should be dependable, organized, detail orientated, able to multitask, communicate professionally, and meet deadlines. Previous automotive dealership experience a plus and Paycom experience helpful.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Administering payroll, HRIS, and benefits processes 
  • Knowledge of basic human resources
  • Payroll practices
  • Benefits administration, compliance, or other related experience.
  • Must have strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including:
  • Payroll, benefits, time & attendance
  • HRIS and self-service systems
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Strong understanding of Payroll and Human Resources processes and terminology
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work on deadlines.
  • Work closely with HR/Payroll manager for direction or assistance with any of these tasks.
