Automotive Accounting Team Member

Randy Marion Inc is hiring an automotive Accounting Clerk in our Mooresville corporate office. The full time position is responsible for processing vehicle sales, commissioning and document review.

The Team member should be efficient, organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi task between several of our dealership locations. Communication via phone/email with each store GM in a professional manner will be required. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a huge plus as well as general automotive accounting knowledge.

Biller/Purchaser duties include:

  • Review and analyze deal paperwork for compliance
  • Calculate and record sales commissions
  • Update sales in DMS and review schedules for accuracy
  • Issue checks for lien payoffs and customer refunds
  • Initiate and assign new inventory to each store for purchase
  • Communicate effectively with all management staff
