Automotive Accounting Specialist

Randy Marion Inc is hiring an Automotive Accounting Specialist in our centralized Mooresville corporate office. The full-time position is responsible for schedules and trial balance reviews, expense controls and processing a financial statement monthly.
The Team member should be efficient, organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task between our franchises. Professional communication with each store manager is crucial. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a huge plus in addition to a requirement of automotive accounting knowledge.
Accounting Specialist duties include:
- Produce DOC each morning for department review.
- Examine schedules and make corrections as necessary.
- Monitor accuracy of unit count and PVR daily.
- Review and provide expense detail.
- Specific assigned monthly reconciliations.
- Provide training for staff assigned to your franchise.
- Communicate effectively with all management staff.
- Produce and transmit a monthly factory financial statement.
