Business Development Center Agent (BDC)

We are looking for multiple enthusiastic, customer service-oriented individuals to join our business development center team! Start your career in Randy Marion's Business Development Center and learn the ins and outs of all of our dealerships and departments as you assist customers with their everyday needs.

Hiring for 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, and 12pm-9pm (Late hours change to 11am-8pm January to March).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take Inbound phone calls for all Randy Marion locations/departments 
• Sales Calls– Collect Customer data for entry into CRM. Transfer call to appropriate department sales team associate.
• Service Calls– Schedule Service Appointments while following appointment guidelines set by service managers (including recalls) 
• Keep call logs of calls taken (paper/computer)
• Keep Extension lists up to date
• Keep BDC binders updated with any changes to processes
• Schedule and contact internet service appointments that come in throughout the day
• Work with upset customers and forward them to the appropriate manager

Education + Experience:

• No previous experience is required. Any experience in prior automotive roles are a plus, but we’ll train anyone that has a passion for helping customers and is excited to be in the automotive industry.
