You will be contacted in 3 days. If you are not contacted in that time period, please contact Randy Marion Auto Group to process your request. If you did not attach the proper documents, you may be requested to show proof of the mileage and loan payoff. If you cannot or do not wish to retrieve the proper documentation, the refund will be cancelled and sent to the lienholder for review. You may also be subject to sign a cancellation form if the cancellation is a tire and wheel/Ally or the requested date of cancel is over 180 days. Please note GAP and Ally Premier Protection take 7- 10 business days to process and mail a refund. For GAP, Extended Service Agreement or any products where a customer can get a refund for any reason, there is a $50 processing fee.
